Missing skin by Scentless

Blinded by intuition,
Searching for a key to fit,
This is not a compromise if either of us talks…
A bond to share,
So vulgar, yet so touching,
A bit too fragile but still a long way from gone,
Numbing, all the reasons,
Grab this knife to bend the blade,
Die for me, reborn into a golden flame.

This isn’t like the way it was before,
We may actually be together this time,
Crystal aims to keep us in parallel sights,
But in the end we’ll be able to prove them wrong…

Constant changes
Fill an aura we all can see,
A silent speaker,
But you would not want me any other way,
Travelling through sound,
Times still passes, there’s no distance,
I’m still bored
By making enough circular waves…
See the light, cleansing demons,
Raped before and tormented,
You’re still smiling
And I wouldn’t want you any other way,

Cross your arms above the borderline,
Ask me if I’m sure that this is meant to be,
Drink the water I couldn’t leave behind,
And speak one last time while you’re still free…

Is it enough? So controversial,
Penetrating, so persistent,
I actually missed you and I promise
I won’t swallow you again…
Dreamt of blood and feathers,
Insurance of what we could still see,
Free your mind, endure the surface,
See a weapon where there’s a wing,
Paint me silver,
Burn me, watch me lose my skin,

One last time, let’s sing together,
Come too slow, it’s killing me,
Disconnect the nerves assembling the system,
Find your way through what seems to be…

A desert deep inside the castle yards,
The wind may still be blowing, fierce,
Ask me if I still think we’re made to be,
By streght, break down our castle of cards…
